Pierre Péters “Cuvée de Réserve” brut blanc de blancs Grand Cru Champagne, France
$13.00/taste
$31.20/glass
$156.00/bottle
One of the most revered grower Champagnes, made entirely from Chardonnay grown in the chalky Grand Cru slopes of the Côte des Blancs. This sparkling wines combines pure minerality with the layered complexity achieved by blending the 2022 base vintage with a “perpetual reserve” including every vintage since 1988.

A cellar blend of Chardonnay from top sites in the Willamette Valley from the elegant 2023 vintage. The Morgen Long style really shines with clean fruit aged in 20% new oak.
Domaine Tempier ROSÉ Bandol, Provence, France ‘24
$11.50/taste
$27.60/glass
$138.00/bottle
We don’t think that there is a wine made on this planet that gives more pleasure than Tempier rosé. Made of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache (the greatest things on earth) with unmatched nuance and care in this expressive and multi-dimensional rosé.
M. Lapierre Morgon, Beaujolais, France ‘24
$11.00/taste
$23.60/glass
$118.00
If any wine did rival Tempier rosé for pleasure-giving it would be Lapierre Morgon. Marcel Lapierre was the creator of the natural wine movement and his kids (Camille & Mathieu) are keeping the tradition thriving. This is natural but precise, the wine to know in Beaujolais (and a key example of Morgon, with Gamay sourced from the top sites).
Domaine Guiberteau “Les Arboises Monopole” Brézé, Saumur, Loire, France ’20
$13.00/taste
$31.20
$156.00
100% Cabernet Franc from a prized single-owner single-vineyard planted in 1957. This is a powerful, autumnal red that balances the strong signature of the local truffeau soil with fruit, spice and 50% new oak.
