Join us from 10:00 - Close on Thursday, July 12 to meet Dan Petroski, head winemaker at Larkmead and Massican Wineries and The San Francisco Chronicle's Winemaker of the Year 2017! Dan will be pouring his new release 2017 white wines from Massican Winery! He founded Massican in 2009, a winery dedicated to white wine production inspired by the great wines of Friuli-Venezia Giulia in northeastern Italy. The combination of fruit grown in Napa and Sonoma, careful winemaking and Italian style has made for unique wines that are in serious demand. Dan will be pouring four white wines (listed below), all from the 2017 vintage. The winery was fortunate to harvest these grapes before last fall's wildfires ravaged northern California. They are special wines from a memorably challenging vintage. The tasting is free and all wines will be available to purchase by the glass or bottle at special pricing (and very limited quantities!).
